Synopsis
Divyanshu and Rahul Batra, 21 and 18 year old boys from a North Indian town Dehradun are on a mission. Having experienced heartbreak during the lockdown, they opened the DilTuta Aashiq Chaiwala (The Heartbroken Lover Tea Shop) which they see as “more than a business – a platform for the heartbroken”.
About the Director
Ridhima Sharma is a PhD student at the Department for the Study of Religion, University of Toronto. She works at the intersections of Hindu nationalism, labour, and animals. She completed her Masters in Media and Cultural Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and MPhil in Women’s Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
